Artistic and creative, Ed Berger at one point contemplated becoming a graphic designer. However, upon graduating from high school, Ed set out to find a career path more suitable to his free-spirited individuality. He elected to pursue the construction field. For the next five years Ed worked as a plumber’s apprentice during the day, while attending trade school at night.
After passing the Master Plumbers Exam, he received his plumbing license. At the age of 24 and recently wed, he and his wife LisaMarie, decided to open a plumbing business. They already had a clear vision of the manner of service they wanted to present to their customers. Edward A. Berger Plumbing Co., Inc. opened in 1992 and is now centrally located in Manalapan, NJ, near Route 9, the NJ Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway.
Today, Ed and LisaMarie set their business apart from the competition by always providing their customers with exceptional service.
